Public Records/Motor Vehicle Records; revises exemption from public records requirements for personal information contained in motor vehicle records; removes requirement that exemption be conditioned on request for exemption by person who is subject of record; restricts release of social security numbers & medical & disability information; revises conditions for release of information for bulk distribution use, etc. Amends 119.07.
