Spaceport Florida Authority; changes name of Spaceport Florida Authority to Florida Space Authority; defines term "Spaceport Florida"; conforms provisions to name change; names certain spaceport territory; revises membership of & procedures re board of supervisors; changes fiscal year of authority; revises membership, mission, administration, & reporting requirements of Spaceport Management Council & its executive board, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
