GENERAL BILL by Lacasa
Deferred Presentment Act; redefines term "termination of existing deferred presentment agreement"; repeals provision which provides that deferred presentment provider may not require drawer to accept its payment instrument in lieu of currency. Amends 560.402; repeals 560.404(17).
