Dependent Children/Psychotropic Meds; provides requirements for issuance of court order authorizing dispensing of psychotropic medication to child in shelter status or foster care; provides for prior review of child's medical history & evidence demonstrating that treatment is appropriate for child's condition; provides for periodic court review of child's progress; provides conditions for suspension of treatment, etc. Amends 39.01,.407,.0015,.302.
