GENERAL BILL by Farkas
Physician or Osteopathic Physician; amends provisions re financial responsibility of physicians & osteopathic physicians; requires Health Dept. to suspend license of said physicians pending payment, up to amounts required by any applicable financial responsibility provision, of any outstanding judgment, arbitration award, other order, or settlement. Amends 458.320, 459.0085.
