GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Wasserman Schultz

Debbie Wasserman Schultz Act of 2002; requires dogracing permitholders to provide greyhound-adoption booth at each dogracing facility in state; revises criteria for making breeders' awards for racehorses; provides for payment of special racing awards; allows thoroughbred racing permitholder to operate cardroom; redefines term "authorized games"; provides restrictions re harness permitholder cardrooms, etc. Amends 550.1647,.26165,.2625,.5251, 849.086.
