SB 1616: Transportation Funding
GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Transportation Funding; provides for adjustments in tax rates for "ninth-cent fuel tax" & "local option fuel tax"; revises distribution of funds from Fuel Tax Collection TF; increases reserves in Fuel Tax Collection TF; provides for return of tax proceeds to certain local govts.; deletes provision for deducting service charge from certain income deposited in specified trust funds into which fuel tax proceeds are deposited, etc. Amends Chs. 206, 215, 320, 336, 339.
