Mobile Home Communities; authorizes Florida Housing Finance Corporation to establish loan program for mobile home residents to purchase mobile home parks; redefines term "eligible housing"; requires park owner to meet with mobile home residents committee within specified time; conforms statutory cross-references. Amends 420.507,.9071, 723.037,.06116.
