JOINT RESOLUTION by Judiciary ; Cowin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Burt
Judicial Qualifications Commission; constitutional amendment to make all records & proceedings of Judicial Qualifications Commission public upon finding of no probable cause, effective July 1, 2003, unless exempted by general law; proposes to delete schedule provisions of Article V, Section 12, which provide temporary schedule of organization of commission. Amends s. 12, Art. V; creates s. 26, Art. XII.
