Funeral & Cemetery Services; provides for transfer of all records, personnel, property, & unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, or other funds for administration of provisions re funeral & cemetery services, from Banking & Finance Dept. to Business & Professional Regulation Dept.; provides for payment of fees & costs of legal counsel to be paid from Professional Regulation Trust Fund, to conform, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 10/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
