Sexual Offenses; provides for crime of lewd or lascivious offenses committed upon or in presence of elderly person or disabled person; provides penalties; amends provision re offense severity ranking chart of criminal punishment code; revises punishment for lewd or lascivious battery upon elderly person or disabled adult. Amends 825.1025, 921.0022.
