Medicaid Fraud/Attorney General; clarifies duties of Attorney General re statewide program to control Medicaid fraud; authorizes Attorney General to seek civil remedies under Florida False Claims Act & other laws; authorizes Attorney General to refer certain cases of overpayment & suspected abusive activities to AHCA. Amends 409.920.
