GENERAL BILL by Council for Healthy Communities ; Evers

Law Enforcement; requires Criminal Justice Standards & Training Commission to conduct inquiries of criminal justice training instructors; authorizes physician assistants to examine law enforcement officers as condition of employment; deletes requirement to provide remediation program for certain officers; provides for specialized training program; removes requirement that certain exams be adopted by commission, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 316.640, 790.065.

Effective Date: 07/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
