Entertainment Industry; provides that definition of "entertainment industry" extend to other sections; creates program under which certain producers of filmed entertainment & certain digital media effects, motion picture & television distribution, motion picture & television production, & post production companies may be reimbursed for expenditures made in state; provides application procedure & approval process, etc. Amends 288.125,.1254.
