Study Committee on Public Records; creates said committee; amends provision re electronic access to official records to revise declared state purpose re such access; provides that county recorders may not place images or copies of specified public records on publicly available Internet website for general public display; provides certain notice requirements & requires publication of notice by county recorders & clerks of court, etc. Amends 28.2221. APPROPRIATION: $25,000.
