GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
Elections; assigns jurisdiction for violations of campaign-financing & election laws to Legal Affairs & Administrative Hearings Div.; eliminates prohibition against certain communications among members of Florida Elections Commission & witnesses under specified circumstances; authorizes Administrative Hearings Div. to impose certain fines; provides for payment of proceeds to Legal Affairs Dept., etc. Amends Ch. 106, 104.271.
        
        Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
