GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Carlton
Public Accountancy; requires Accountancy Board to require, by rule, licensees performing audit services to undergo periodic peer review as condition of license renewal; provides requirements for rules governing peer review; authorizes board to take disciplinary action against licensee performing audit services who fails to provide documentation of satisfactory peer review, etc. Amends 473.3125,.323.
