SB 172: Election Code/Violation
GENERAL BILL by Smith
Election Code/Violation; provides that any person who conspires with another person to violate said code or who knowingly gives aid to person who has violated code with intent to help such person avoid or escape detection, arrest, trial, or punishment shall be punished as if he or she had committed violation; exempts certain violations of Florida Election Code from provisions specifying ranking of offense under Criminal Punishment Code, etc. Amends 104.091, 777.04.
