CS/SB 174: Sexual Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Smith ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Sexual Offenders; prohibits certain sexual offenders subject to conditional release supervision from living within specified distance of certain places where children congregate; prohibits persons convicted of certain sex crimes from residing within specified distance of school, day care center, park, or playground. Amends 947.1405; creates 794.065.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
