HB 1765: Court-ordered Payment/Criminal Cases
GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice Appropriations ; Seiler
Court-ordered Payment/Criminal Cases; authorizes referral by clerk of court of court-imposed financial obligations payable to county arising out of criminal cases which are past due to collection agent or to private attorney; authorizes referral by prosecutor of such financial obligations payable to state; provides limitation on cost of collection. Amends 938.30.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
