Repealed Sales Tax Exemptions; provides for future repeal of specified provision re miscellaneous exemptions from tax on sales, use, & other transactions; provides for review of repealed exemptions & specifies requirements for reinstatement; provides for future repeal of new or reinstated exemptions. Repeals 212.08(7).

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
