GENERAL BILL by Mitchell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
Florida Rural Heritage Act; creates said act; provides for designation of Rural Heritage Area; provides for economic incentives, reports, & technical assistance; provides for pilot projects to be developed by Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. to encourage diversification of agricultural products & marketing; provides support for rural communities in developing nature-based tourism & heritage tourism enterprises, etc. Amends 163.3187, 187.201, 290.0055, 420.507,.5087,.5088.
