GENERAL BILL by Henriquez

School District Capital Outlay; provides for transfer of portion of nonrecurring intangible personal property tax revenues to School District Capital Outlay TF; provides for distribution of portion of such revenues to school districts that collected impact fee revenues in FY 2001-2002 to supplant such impact fees; provides that school boards may levy local option sales surtax in lieu of levying all or part of nonvoted district school capital improvement millage, etc. Amends FS.
