GENERAL BILL by Dawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Miller
Primary Elections; provides for single primary election, including date for holding that election; provides for instant runoff voting at primary election for each contest involving more than two candidates; repeals provisions re second primary election & holding of special elections in conjunction with second primary election to conform; revises dates for mailing absentee ballots to absent electors overseas, etc. Amends FS.
