Juvenile Justice/Sentencing; authorizes sentencing judge rather than Juvenile Justice Secretary to transfer child from Corrections Department to Juvenile Justice Department; revises provisions re consent for child to be released on probation; specifies persons who may request hearing re child's sentence. Amends 985.417.
