GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
Education Investment Act; creates said act; provides legislative intent for certain investments & enhancements; authorizes improved curriculum; requires improved counseling ratios in certain schools; authorizes academic preparation tools, including test preparation study skills & advanced writing programs for certain students; authorizes expanded student assistance programs at universities; authorizes state-funded test-preparation courses for certain students, etc.
