Land Acquisitions; revises provisions re annual audits for citizen support organizations; provides for funding of projects under Florida Forever Program & Florida Preservation 2000 Program; authorizes Fla. Communities Trust to award 100 percent grants for certain preacquired remediated sites; provides for said trust to adopt rules re resolution of land-use conflicts, etc. Amends 215.981, 259.101, 380.502,.507,.510.
