Sentencing; reenacts sections 9, 10, & 12 of chapter 99-188, Laws of Florida; amends provision to incorporate provisions of chapters 2001-55 & 2001-57, Laws of Florida; provides for retroactive application of reenacted provisions, etc. Amends & Reenacts 893.135; reenacts various FS.
