JOINT RESOLUTION by Byrd ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ball ; Kyle ; Bullard
Apportionment; provides for apportionment of Florida House of Representatives & Florida Senate (plans H062H001 & S17S0036); adopts United States Decennial Census of 2000 for use in such apportionment; provides for omitted areas; provides contiguity for areas specified for inclusion in one district which are entirely surrounded by other districts; provides severability of invalid portions; provides for application beginning in 2002.
