GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta
Wrecker Services; provides that law enforcement officer may dispatch authorized wrecker, or wrecker out of rotation under certain circumstances; provides limited liability for certain persons & entities when removing vehicle that poses imminent public hazard. Amends 321.051, 713.78.
