Insurance/Communication Equipment; exempts applicants for limited licenses for communication equipment property or communication equipment inland marine insurance from certain examination requirements; provides for issuance of such limited licenses; exempts such limited licensees from certain education requirements. Amends 626.221,.321,.732.
