Alzheimer's Center & Research; establishes Fla. Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute at University of South Florida; requires State Board of Education to enter into agreement with not-for-profit corporation for governance & operation of institute; provides that corporation shall act as instrumentality of state; authorizes creation of subsidiaries by corporation; requires appointment of council of scientific advisers, etc. APPROPRIATION: $40,000,000.
