Health Care; provides that failure to disclose medical licensure & postgraduate training in advertisements for health care services or to patients upon initiation of professional relationship constitutes ground for discipline of health care practitioner; provides requirements for approval of boards granting medical specialty certification, etc. Amends 456.072, 458.309,.331; reenacts various FS.
