Career & Technical Education; requires career & technical education programs within comprehensive high school program of study to be industry certified; provides full-time equivalent student funding for student enrollment; provides academic requirements for students enrolled in such programs; provides for career & technical education endorsement on high school diploma & incentive funding to school districts for students receiving endorsement, etc. Amends FS.
