Genetic Counselors; creates "Genetic Counseling Practice Act"; requires licensure to practice genetic counseling; creates Board of Genetic Counselors & provides for appointment & staggering terms of its members; provides for biennial renewal of licensure & for continuing education; provides penalties; provides grounds for disciplinary action; provides for denial of licensure or imposition of other disciplinary actions authorized by law, etc. Creates 468.901-.913.
