Sale of Firearms/Gun Shows; defines terms "gun show," "gun-show promoter," & "gun-show vendor"; prohibits sale or transfer of firearm by gun-show vendor at gun show unless criminal history background check of prospective transferee has been conducted; requires approval of transfer from FDLE; provides third-degree-felony penalty for violation; requires posting of specified notice at gun shows; exempts antique firearms from requirements of act, etc. Amends Ch. 790.
