Health Care Providers; specifies medical liability actions with respect to which Health Dept. must maintain information on certain licensees; revises definition of term "repeated malpractice" for purposes of disciplinary action against physicians & osteopaths; increases monetary limits of claims against certain health care providers which result in investigation, etc. Amends 456.041, 458.331, 459.015, 627.912.
