SB 2080: County Article V Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Cowin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist
County Article V Trust Fund; increases amount of certain civil penalties to be paid into trust fund; decreases amount of such penalties to be paid into General Revenue Fund; transfers moneys from General Revenue Fund to County Article V Trust Fund in fiscal year 2001-2002; revises cross-reference; provides for appropriation of funds for operation of trial courts. Amends 318.21, 25.402.
