JOINT RESOLUTION by Banking and Insurance ; Burt
Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; constitutional amendment to limit purposes for which fund's assets may be used & to provide that appropriations for hurricane loss mitigation programs are limited to 35 percent of fund's investment income in next previous fiscal year in amount of no less than $10 million, with any amount in excess of that figure subject to extraordinary vote of Legislature. Creates s. 20, Art. X.
