GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Villalobos
Motor Vehicle Service Agreements; revises definition of "motor vehicle service agreement"; revises definition of "corporation"; requires service agreement companies to maintain contractual liability insurance & limits those to whom vehicle protection products may be sold; revises financial requirements for warranty associations to qualify for contractual liability policies covering claims exposure under contracts delivered in this state, etc. Amends Ch. 634.
