Florida Residents' Tax Relief Act; specifies period during which sale of clothing, wallets, bags, & school supplies shall be exempt from such tax; defines terms "clothing" & "school supplies" for purposes of exemption; provides that exemption does not apply to sales within certain theme parks, entertainment complexes, public lodging establishments, or airports; provides requirements re proof of Florida residency; provides for rules. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
