GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Laurent
County Medical Service Assessments; defines term "county" as used in County Emergency Medical Service Assessments; provides for permanent qualification for funding emergency medical services through special assessment levied as described in this act; provides construction; provides for ratification & validation of certain special assessments levied before effective date of this act. Creates 125.271.
