Health Care; states legislative findings & intent; provides that failure to disclose practitioner's training in health care advertisements constitutes grounds for discipline; provides penalties; establishes criteria for supervision of specialty medical care by allopathic physicians; establishes criteria for supervision of specialty medical care by osteopathic physicians. Amends 456.072; creates 458.328, 459.014.
