Entertainment Industry; eliminates sales & use tax exemption for renting, leasing, letting, or granting license for use of real property used as integral part of performance of qualified production services & for fabrication labor re certain qualified motion pictures; provides legislative findings re state, regional, & local efforts to develop entertainment industry; creates Florida Film Finance Corporation, etc. Amends Chs. 212, 288, 213.
