Funeral & Cemetery Services; provides for transfer of all records, personnel, property, & unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, or other funds for administration of provisions re funeral & cemetery services, from Banking & Finance Dept. to DBPR; reduces number of contiguous acres required for cemetery; requires permit prior to disinterment of human remains; requires death certificates to include location where body is buried, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 10/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
