GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Background Screening/Health Care; revises level 1 & 2 screening standards; provides additional screening standards for persons employed in health care facility or seeking professional licensure or certification by Health Dept.; provides requirements for rescreening; requires that person be rescreened following break in service of more than specified period; provides exception for certain leaves of absence, etc. Amends 435.03,.04; creates 435.12.
