SB 2322: North Lake County Hospital District

North Lake County Hospital District; codifies special laws re district; provides district boundaries; provides for board of trustees as governing body of district; authorizes board to levy annual ad valorem tax upon taxable property within district; provides for purpose of tax & for method for such levy; exempts property of district for assessments; prohibits board from transferring control of district's hospitals or facilities except upon approval by referendum, etc.
