SB 2336: School Suspension or Expulsion
GENERAL BILL by Rossin
School Suspension or Expulsion; provides that student may be released from school campus following offense that subjects student to suspension or expulsion; requires that student be released to custody of parent or legal guardian; requires that student who has committed violent act be released to custody of law enforcement agency. Amends 230.235.
