Pharmacies/Medicaid Audits; provides requirements for audit conducted of Medicaid-related records of pharmacy licensed under Pharmacy laws; requires that pharmacist be provided prior notice of audit; provides that pharmacist is not subject to criminal penalties without proof of intent to commit fraud; requires that AHCA establish procedure for conducting preliminary review; exempts certain audits conducted by Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept., etc.
