Public Records/Photo/Crime Victim; provides exemption from public records law for photographs or other images in custody of state or governmental agency which depict remains of crime victim; authorizes release of such record to another agency for official purposes; provides that such release does not waive confidentiality of record; provides for legislative review & future repeal; provides statement of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
